One-to-One Nutritional Consultations
Personalised nutrition advice and lifestyle consultations to help you achieve your health goals
Your Health & Nutrition Ally
While eating healthier sounds easy in theory, it can be extremely challenging in practice.
We are constantly bombarded with images, messages, and advertising about food the ‘best’ way to eat. Cutting through the noise and avoiding temptation is tricky. Many of us also have a long-standing, complex relationship with food that often leads to poor choices, bad habits and emotional eating.
So, keeping your diet and lifestyle on track, and achieving better wellbeing through healthy eating, can be hard, especially if you’re living with a chronic illness. It doesn’t have to be that way.
Have you tried cutting out more foods than you can remember, with no improvements and no idea what to do next?
What if you had someone in your corner to show you the way? A personal nutrition coach to help you understand the impact of your diet on your health, navigate the pitfalls, and achieve your lifestyle goals?
That’s where NutritionallyKate comes in.
Functional Testing
- My one-to-one programmes are designed to get to the root of your health issues, whatever they are, and set you on the path to a better health journey.
To gain deeper insights into your health, I also incorporate a wide range Functional Tests which include:
- Comprehensive stool analysis (i.e., digestive issues)
- Urine samples (i.e., hormone imbalances, stress levels and adrenal function)
- Finger prick blood spot analysis (i.e. food sensitivities and intolerances)
- Blood and urine samples (i.e. nutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalances)
These functional tests are not included in the cost of my programmes, and are chosen based on symptoms, health history, and health goals. The results of the functional tests provide detailed results (e.g., gut microbiome imbalances, inflammation levels, hormone fluctuations) and help me to provide directed, measurable and actionable dietary and lifestyle advice for a client alongside their complicated medical history.

Who it is NOT for?
As a Nutritional Therapist I am unable to help people who have been diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). If you have any stage of CKD I can help you find support from a Renal Dietitian through The Association of UK Dietitians (BDA) or a Functional Medicine Doctor.
I can support people with minor kidney issues, including kidney stones, or a history of kidney infections.
Nutritional Therapy is a work in progress:
- There are no quick fixes.
- Your health needs to be a main priority for the duration of our programme together.
Why Nutritionally Kate?
As a nutritional therapist, I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to diet or health. Food should be as natural, wholesome, and seasonal as possible, and simplifying your eating habits can help you achieve and maintain optimal health and wellbeing. Your food choices should not be difficult or costly.
You can enjoy what you eat.
You can enjoy exercise.
You can trust yourself to choose health.
Everything I do is driven by my philosophy of providing you with better knowledge about the food you eat and its effects on your body, so you can make the best lifestyle choices. From personalised nutrition and lifestyle advice to specialist support and functional testing for chronic health conditions and weight management, I can help you achieve your health and wellbeing goals.
I would recommend booking a slot with Kate to see if dietary improvements would make a difference in your life and your physical symptoms. Thank you Kate! - JM
